one reason I love working at chick-fil-a
00:03
is the people I work with it's just
00:07
great to come to work every day and talk
00:09
to these amazing people over the last
00:13
few years I've learned a lot of skills
00:14
I've improved my leadership I've been
00:17
able to do a lot more things I used to
00:19
be like a complete wreck
00:20
when it came to any self confidence so
00:23
now I can easily deal with any customer
00:24
I feel like I started working at
00:30
chick-fil-a when I was 14 and I started
00:32
because it was the one place that hired
00:34
a 14 and I really just wanted a like
00:36
family environment in place that I could
00:37
feel welcome and have fun while I was
00:39
working I was looking for a job that
00:42
will provide flexible hours and I found
00:44
chick-fil-a I love the opportunity to
00:47
meet and serve the many wonderful people
00:49
in the Littleton community my favorite
00:55
part I will work in chick-fil-a is the
00:57
customer service and how much we put
00:59
into our community just chicken but for
01:02
us it's kind of our lifestyle we all
01:04
live fries and work chick-fil-a so my
01:08
position basically what I do for when I
01:10
clock in and clock out is I'm on the
01:12
headset I'm the person saying welcome to
01:15
chick-fil-a what can I get started for
01:16
you when you drive up outside I am
01:19
excited to meet them even if it's just
01:21
through a speaker and through a box I
01:23
want to make them hear how excited I am
01:26
to meet them and hopefully improve their
01:28
day just to tiny bit
01:31
as a shift leader I'm here a
01:33
responsibility is either to lead the
01:36
team and keep everybody running smoothly
01:37
and to serve hot and fresh foods and
01:39
just know the ins and outs of a business
01:41
I love the impact I can make on the
01:44
community and also the experience that I
01:46
can have with my team members and the
01:48
the fun that we have on the shift walls
01:50
are getting a lot done so what
01:56
chick-fil-a has taught me has been a
01:58
greater asset to my communication skills
02:00
definitely going to be able to learn how
02:02
to communicate with each individual on a
02:05
very personal level as well as a very
02:07
professional level whether it's with
02:09
your co-workers or with all of our
02:11
guests it's also taught me to improve my
02:14
leadership skills and being able to lead
02:16
a team and chick-fil-a has taught me a
02:18
lot about cooperation and teamwork
